Bookings:
Please be aware that the maximum number of participants (Members and Guests) for any6 event is limited to the number of people as dictates by the host venue. No additional bookings will be accepted should the maximum number of bookings be reached before tbe cut-off date for bookingds due to the limitation of numbers placed on the said event by the host venue. Bookings will be taken on a first come first served basis.
Confirmation of Attendance:
Please confirm your attendance by using this Reservation Form. A faxed Reservation Form complete with member's name and those of their guest along with full payment must reach the office of the Bailli Regional one week before date of event and no later. Please note that proof of mail or fax is not considered proof of seat confirmation. Seat will be confirmed by the Bailli de Kuala Lumpur office based on the current booking situation.
Non-Attendance:
Members and guests who have confirmed their attendance but are unable to turn up for the event for whatsoever reason will be billed for the event as if they were in attendance in order to ensure the host venue of a correct and accurate head count.
Cancellation:
Members and guests who wish to cancel their confirmed bookings may do so up to one (1) week (7) days notice prior to the event via fax. A confirmation of cancellation will be issued by the Bailli de Kuala Lumpur office and faxed to the party concerned. Members and guests wishing to cancel after the 7-day grace period will be charged in full.
